- Anyone who struggles to leave home unaided
- Residents in care homes and sheltered housing
- Housebound patients registered with a GP but unable to attend routine health appointments

- Advice on glasses, and help ordering replacements or repairs
- Detailed reporting back to care staff, family, or GP where appropriate
Many domiciliary eye tests are NHS-funded for eligible patients — we’ll check your eligibility before your visit, so there’s never a surprise cost.
